Who does Ndichia Foundation provide support to?

They primarily support orphans, vulnerable children, youth, teenage mothers, crisis affected families, people with disabilities, and other marginalized groups in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. Their main programs are inclusive education, economic empowerment, psychosocial wellbeing, disability inclusion and humanitarian outreach.

Sustainability at Ndichia Foundation comes from building programs that communities can own, fund, and run long after external support fades. Ndichia Foundation does this through: Community Ownership and Participation, diversified Funding Streams, Strategic Partnerships, planned giving campaigns, endowment awareness, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adaptation, embedding Programs into Local Systems.

The organization is active in education, digital literacy, support for orphans and vulnerable children, disability inclusion, and community empowerment in Cameroon. We focus on the following: Outputs: What the program delivered, Outcomes: What changed for the people served, Long term impact: What changed in the system or community, Cost effectiveness and social returns on investments, Quantitative data (statistics, trends, benchmarks), Qualitative data (interviews, case studies, testimonials) and Continuous improvement loops by involving participants in feedback cycles
